Total Service Center - Change-Up

The Improvement Association’s Total Service Center Change up (TSCCU) is a workforce training and job training placement initiative designed to assist individuals in entering or re-entering the workforce through comprehensive services that will allow positive advancement in reaching educational and employment goals.

The initiative helps participants prepare to enter and maintain employment with the prospect of a career path and wage growth. TSCCU delivers services to address more fully the needs of the target population to facilitate their entry into work and during employment. This is done by providing career counseling, labor market and training information, skills assessments, employment placement and retention services, and other supportive services for eligible adults with barriers to employment.
